Description In this newly-updated FULL COLOR version of the popular Design Decisions project, youth will use design elements and principles, uderstand conservation and natural resource, develop practical life skills, create products and furnishings, and learn to take care of what they have. The curriculum is divided into four blocks. Block 1 (The Basic Touch) - Design walls, windows and floors. Block 2 (The Distinctive Touch) - Designing with style while planning, selecting, and caring for the furniture, fabrics, and storage in a room. Block 3 (The Finishing Touch) - Using accessories to add personality and interest to a room. Block 4 (The Environmental Touch) - Creating healthy living environments that are energy efficient and conserve natural resources.
